Bio – About Me

I am from Delaware, Ohio which is about 45 minutes north of Columbus. I grew up riding horses, participating in 4-H, and playing lacrosse.  My first two years of my undergraduate career I completed at Ohio State ATI, which is located in Wooster, Ohio.  It was an extremely small campus but full of good fun and great people. It was a great starting place before transitioning to the big Columbus city and large campus.

I am a graduating senior at The Ohio State University, I’m studying Animal Sciences with a specialization in Animal Industries and a minor in Agriculture Communications. Along with this, I have an Associates in Communications from Ohio State which I received in December of 2017. I have been in love with horses and “farm” animals since as long as I can remember, so I took  my childhood dreams of working in the livestock industry and made them a reality!

After graduation I will be employed with Trillium Farms in Johnstown, Ohio.  Trillium is one of the largest egg laying companies in the United States. I will be in the role of  Live Production Assistant Manager position in one of their production sites. I am very eager to enter the animal production industry and implement what I have learned in the past four years in a work setting!
